Weigh In Jan 25

So one of the goals for 2011 is to lose some weight. I have set a target weight of 165-170. That should not be to hard, I just need to get it done. To help with that, I need to kind of keep track of my progress or there lack of. In years past, I had set a goal to lose weight, but I had no way to figure out if I was accomplishing my goal because I did not even have a scale in the house. I now have a scale in the house, and as a part of this years goal to lose weight, I plan to "weigh-in" every Tuesday.
Granted today is not the first Tuesday of the month, but at least I am getting started in January.
Today's Weigh-in: 189.4
This is up a bit. Just before Christmas (24 Dec 2010) I weighed in at the lowest I have been in years, 184.8. But the holiday filled with eating good food and drinking great beer as taken its toll. The weight gain does not surprise me to much as I had not been watching what I was eating, and I had not been counting my calories either.
Ok, so the first weigh in of the year has been made, now lets see if we can make them either stay the same of go down each week!
